Conditions

1. scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via the online shop.

2. contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Sibylle Brodmann. By sending the online order, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions also apply to all future transactions with the buyer, insofar as these are legal transactions of a related nature. Conflicting provisions of the Purchaser’s General Terms and Conditions of Business shall not apply. By paying via PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of the Buyer’s payment instruction to PayPal. The buyer is obliged to provide truthful information when placing an order.

3. payment

The payment is done via paypal. The buyer must be registered there or register first. Further information can be found in the imprint.

4. delivery

Sibylle Brodmann is obliged to deliver the ordered product after acceptance of the order. The delivery is carried out by sending the object of purchase to the address provided by the Purchaser. Sibylle Brodmann shall endeavour to dispatch the ordered items as quickly as possible. Delivery of the goods is at the expense and risk of the Purchaser, even if partial deliveries are made. No liability is accepted for delays in delivery.

5. shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. The postage and packaging rate is at least 5.00 CHF for each order with shipping within Switzerland, and at least 10.00 CHF for shipping to Germany or EU countries. For shipments with above-average weight, postage and packaging costs will increase according to the cost structure of the Swiss Post. Sibylle Brodmann reserves the right to pass on price changes in the Swiss Post’s rates to its customers.

6. reservation of title

The goods remain the property of Sibylle Brodmann until full payment has been received.

7. data protection

The processing of personal data (names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) provided by the buyer in connection with the use of the online service is subject to privacy legislation (see privacy policy). For the complete processing of the services used by the Purchaser, Sibylle Brodmann works together with service providers to whom it transmits certain data (such as name and address) in order to fulfil the order. These are, for example, service providers for the delivery of parcels.

8. warranty

Claims for damages against Sibylle Brodmann are excluded, as long as there is no intentional or grossly negligent action.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Only Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Basel-Stadt (CH).
